The internationally known RAL CLASSIC effect color shades can now also be reproduced in fine structure powder coatings: with our SYMIC PCE and STANDART® PCBF effect pigments especially for powder coatings. They reproduce the most attractive effect color shades of the RAL 840-HR register cost-effectively and easily - in most cases without a bonding process.

We have prepared guiding formulations for you for the RAL CLASSIC effect color shades in powder coatings. These are based on commercially available, uni-colored fine structure powder coatings:

SYMIC PCE are our weather-stable pearlescent pigments for outdoor applications. They guarantee high efficiency and color intensity. The durable stainless steel flakes of STAY/STEEL give a very appealing glitter look.

Both effect pigment families have been specially developed to meet the requirements of powder coating applications. With STAY/STEEL and SYMIC PCE, you can realize DB color shades in micaceous iron oxide appearance cost-effectively and easily - depending on the formulation, also quite simply as a dry-blend.
